Menu
Planning. Most people have a busy work week and
lifestyle. Planning is an important part of eating healthy.
Research has found that people who take 20 minutes per week
to plan their grocery list eat healthier. Plan a week’s
worth of menus. Make a grocery list. When the work week hits,
you will have healthy food choices available and won’t
be forced to go through the drive through after a busy day.
Make sure to include healthy snacks to keep at work. |

meal plan and/or Calorie King Book. Consider inviting a Registered
